Benjamin Baxter Director

Coming from a long European heritage, Ben grew up immersed in property design, restoration and development from a young age and has acquired a comprehensive skill set which spans multiple disciplines. His first career was dedicated to frontline emergency care, working as a paramedic in one of the world's most trusted professions. After honing his craft for the better part of a decade, he transitioned into real estate where he gained invaluable experience facilitating transactions in one of Australia's most prestigious and exclusive locations, Noosa. With strong values instilled from a young age, he became disenchanted with traditional real estate practices and the superficial nature of the relationships. His focus shifted to finding a way to help people with every facet of property and building a rapport based on transparency, dependability and honesty.

Légendes seeks to fill the gap offering clients an all-inclusive, tailormade service geared towards protecting, maintaining and profiting from their homes post-purchase. Ben is licensed to assist in all stages of the property cycle offering a one-stop shop for all your real estate requirements.  As well as being experienced in managing all forms of marketing, he has a dedicated network of reliable contractors and contacts to cover every eventuality.

Sandra Baxter

Design Consultant & Project Manager

While working in TV production in London during her early career, Sandra began her journey into the world of antiques and interior design. Her first project was an apartment in a stucco-fronted nineteenth century Notting Hill terrace. This led to a lifelong love of cultural heritage and a deep appreciation of the craftsmanship of old.

During the 90’s, she moved to France and established a successful business importing English antiques and fine art to the south of France. She fully restored a 15th century house with tessellated floors, vaulted ceilings and twelve inch stone walls in a small hamlet in Provence.

When she arrived in Australia she was drawn to the beauty of colonial architecture and in particular the iconic Queenslander. She went on to specialise in the restoration of houses from the pre-1900 era and eventually new construction reproducing this classic style.

Knowing the work involved, she brings an appreciation for the preservation of the home as well as expertise in the enhancement possibilities. Skilled in all aspects of project management she brings an eye for detail and her unique sense of style which is evident throughout her work.

With any spare time Sandra can be found in the garden where she is able to bring her aesthetic talents to an even bigger canvas.
